Amit Sinha's Early Career and F&B success

Mr. Amit's hospitality journey took a significant turn when he started working with Marriott International soon after his hotel management. Emphasizes the crucial role his mentor has played in shaping his career, supporting him in leading the f&b industry and assisting with daily service management.

Adjustment in personal life

In the podcast, he had a passion for food and hospitality, and he always wanted to create a restaurant that would offer authentic Indian cuisine in a modern setting. He recounted his journey working with Marriott International and how he had the opportunity to travel to many different countries and experience different cultures. He was inspired by the diversity of Indian cuisine and wanted to bring that diversity to Indore.

He sure has experience with how he opened the first tandoori grill restaurant in 2018 that was created with a focus on using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods that give food a unique flavor that customers love.

He also expressed his thoughts about expanding tandoori grilling around the world, as he believes that food has the potential to appeal to people of all cultures. Currently, they are focusing on the Middle East market, as there is a strong demand for authentic Indian cuisine in this region.

Perspectives on Hospitality Industry

Mr. Amit's vision for Indian hospitality made me understand that passion for the industry that you work in is something that plays a major role in economic growth in India. In the conversation I had, he shared the importance of education and training in the hospitality industry, and he also mentioned how important it is to have well-trained employees in order to run a successful industry.

He mentioned that most of his learning is inspired by the COVID-19 incident, as you understand the importance of businesses in the hospitality sector as businesses are doing very well. It is important to understand the demand and needs of the guest and the cost to develop successful business growth.

Concluding thoughts

As the conversation comes up, I am super excited and eager to see what the future holds for hospitality and how many successful entrepreneurs can have an impact on creating a global leader.
