Early-access privacy

This page explains what Rown’s early-access forms collect while we prepare the pilot. Rown is the next chapter of One Residential.

Information you provide

Tenant signups provide an email address. Property team signups also provide a name, company and the participation option you want to explore. We record the form and page path you used, your optional marketing preference, and when you signed up. We do not collect the page’s query string or a history of the sites you visited.

How we use it

We use your details to keep track of pilot interest and contact you about the relevant next step. If you opt in, we may also send occasional Rown updates. Joining does not create a rental account or submit an application.

Storage and sharing

In the published site, form submissions are stored in private storage hosted by Vercel. In a clearly labeled local website preview, test submissions stay on the computer running the preview. We may use a service provider to help our team follow up on your interest; optional marketing updates depend on the preference you select. We do not ask for financial, identity, or rental application documents here. We do not share your signup details with a property as part of this form.

Your choice

Marketing updates are optional. Future messages will explain how to stop receiving them. We’ll update this notice as the pilot’s data practices develop.
