Will one profile work at every community?
Rown is being designed as a portable starting point for participating communities. Each community decides what it accepts and may ask for more information, screening or its own application.
Who sees my information?
You choose. Your application goes only to the properties you share it with, one tap at a time. Properties see verified results, never your bank data or full credit report.
Does a complete profile mean I’m approved?
No. It means you know where you stand and your profile is ready for a community to review. The community makes the leasing decision.
Rown is in development and a pilot is in preparation. Product screens show sample data. Each community sets its own criteria, fees and process and makes its own leasing decision.
